Just heard on NPR about a European survey of how much people value various apps on-line. There were a dozen mentioned by tbe survey, and "search" came in highest at around $17.000 a year, followed by email at about $14,000. Hey, I'm ba-a-a-ack, courtesy of a friend's loaner laptop. My computer's op-system crashed on Thursday -- it was that open-source "Ubundu" thing, and a friend is downloading the whole thing onto it.
